I would love to say that i spent hours researching the best time of day and how it all matters but I was just driving past and slammed the brakes on the car and reversed back up the hill, I got out of my car and grabbed my old £30 point and shoot camera and took the pic. Sorry I can't be anymore helpful.....
I did get a pic on the way home though as the sun was setting but it isn't anywhere near as good [link]
